Somehow I got lucky and landed Sara for a roommate two years ago. Since then, we've road-tripped to Montreal together, adventured through Brooklyn, and dealt with the circulation of several other roommates in our three bedroom apartment. I've since moved out, but I'm so grateful to have met her and to have her for a friend. On Wednesday, she's off to a new adventure moving back home to Los Angeles. Our little neighborhood in Brooklyn will never be the same.
